Due to the coronavirus pandemic the EcoTripping team did a London Lockdown 'lighter EcoTrip'. 25- 26 July 2020, dawn till dusk, we paddled up the River Lea collecting bags and bags of rubbish. Starting in Limehouse, the aim was to collect all the plastic and rubbish we found. We didn't manage to get everything (there was a lot!) but we pulled out a lot of rubbish and made it up to Clapton.
