Fascinated by the concept of rainforests in the UK, Will pitched the idea of a "Welsh Rainforest Marathon". The idea was to see as much Celtic rainforest (or temperate rainforest as its also known) as we could. We wanted to showcase the beauty of these places as they only exist as fragments across Snowdonia.
This was very much an EcoSocial trip, more focused on being in, and appreciating nature than any specific environmental work. Beautiful spaces though and highly recommend checking them out!
